Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Small Animal Emergency and Critical Care
The Section of Small Animal Clinical Studies of the School of Veterinary Medicine in University College Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a temporary (career break) Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Small Animal Emergency and Critical Care.
Applicants must hold a degree in veterinary medicine registrable with the Veterinary Council of Ireland or a specialist degree with which an application for limited registration with the Veterinary Council (see www.vci.ie) could be made. The successful applicant must be an active specialist in Emergency and Critical Care with European (ECVECC) or American (ACVECC) board certification or be eligible to obtain such a qualification in reasonable time. Consideration will also be given to candidates who hold a Diploma in Veterinary Anaesthesia (ECVAA/ACVAA) or Internal Medicine (ECVIM-CA (Internal Medicine) or those eligible to obtain such qualifications in a reasonable time providing they have sufficient experience within the area of emergency and critical care.
