VCA Canada Calgary Animal Referral & Emergency Centre (C.A.R.E.) in Calgary, Alberta, Canada is looking for a boarded ACVIM DVM - Internal Medicine Specialist to join our existing internal medicine team. We are a 24-hour emergency and referral specialty hospital.  We are committed to supporting pet owners and the veterinary community by providing the highest level of emergency and referral care.

Our emergency hospital operates in a 26,000 square foot, state-of-the art facility in Calgary! More than just an emergency hospital, we offer a wide range of referral services including: Oncology, Neurology, Dermatology, Dentistry, Internal Medicine, Ophthalmology, Critical Care and Radiology to name a few.  Our hospital offers a challenging, quick-paced, high-adrenaline work environment where team work and high quality care is at the heart of what we do.

Calgary, Alberta is just an hour and half drive from the world renowned Rocky Mountains with Banff and Lake Louise offering hiking, skiing and other outdoor activities throughout the year.

Our Candidate

Our ideal candidate is a Board Certified member of the ACVIM in Small Animal Internal Medicine. Experience is considered an asset and we will also be accepting new graduates.
